We strive to provide accurate descriptions, high-resolution imagery, and current pricing for all grocery items, fresh produce, and FMCG products. However, due to natural agricultural variations, actual weights, sizes, or packaging colors may slightly vary. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
5. Online Orders & Payment Gateways
We accept multiple secure payment methods facilitated by licensed third-party Payment Aggregators & Payment Gateways (including UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery where applicable).
- All online card and banking transactions are processed through 256-bit encrypted SSL channels complying with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) tokenization guidelines.
- We do not store your confidential CVV, card PIN, or online banking passwords on our servers.
- If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, payment aggregators typically reverse the transaction back to the original source within 3 to 5 working days.
6. Order Fulfillment & 15-Minute Express Delivery
Our dark stores and micro-fulfillment centers aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 15 to 30 minutes in serviceable pincodes. Delivery times are subject to force majeure events including severe weather, localized road blockages, or high festive peak volumes. Customers can track their real-time delivery status using our Live Order Tracking feature.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
